However, we do not guarantee that screen displays, descriptions, or other content are completely accurate, complete, or error-free. Minor variations in colour, size, or packaging may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping, handling, and any applicable duties are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and partial payment. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
• If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
• We may verify your payment details and identity before accepting an order and may decline orders suspected to be fraudulent.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email, which is an acknowledgement and not our acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the items or send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your location.

8. Coupons, Discounts and Promotions

Promotional codes and offers are valid only for the stated period, may be subject to minimum order values or product exclusions, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time and may cancel orders where a code is misused.

9. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery areas: we ship all over India and globally.
• Timelines: estimated delivery times are 2–8 business days and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
• Risk and title: risk of loss passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive full payment.
• Failed delivery: if delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unavailability, we may charge reshipping fees or cancel the order.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

• Return window: you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: returns are accepted only if you received a wrong order.
• Process: an unboxing video/proof is mandatory for every return. Request a return at agrawal.techpro@gmail.com or through your account. Approved returns are collected or must be shipped by you at our cost.
• Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations: orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

11. Warranty and Disclaimer

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Except as required by law, the Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhule, India.
